ADA Compliance for DCS Supervisees and People with Disabilities

Course Description
In line with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which are enforced by the Department of Justice, the Department of Community Supervision (DCS) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities. The following training will cover the ADA and how it applies to DCS employees as they interact with offenders.
