Leading Without Authority

Course Description
This training provides DCS staff with an overview of being a leader without carrying a title. Leadership is not just a skill for managers. Demonstrating leadership is important for employees at every level of this organization. There are opportunities to lead every day, whether you hold a formal leadership position or not. This course will examine those opportunities. It will also inform students how valuable it is to the Georgia Department of Community Supervision that every employee functions as a leader in their own right.
